| Job Description | Following jobs: Production control, quality control, product design, planning and control of the manufacturing department. The “Managing the Process” of choosing the appropriate material and parts to manufacturing it into a “Shin’yo Engineering Product” and finally delivering it to customers is the main job. The enjoyment and hardship that comes with “Managing the Process” can be said to be the biggest appeal of this job. It is not easy to become independent; however you do not need to worry. The bosses and coworkers will carefully teach and help you out. Research and Development of new material and products. The main job is to develop new products and technology that meet the needs of customers, through market research. As a R&D centric company, newly imported technology, collaborative research with major enterprises, the development of new materials and technology are all what our company is built from, and what we will continue to focus on. The satisfaction and enjoyment of this job is when successfully meeting customer’s needs and requests, or when uniquely developed materials and products are acknowledged in the market. |
